Satisfaction Guarantee
If you feel that any of our products do not meet your expectations and you don’t want to keep it in your permanent library, contact our Customer Service department and request an RMA#. They can be contacted by phone (503)430-8640 or Email.
You will be asked to provide the item title and your order number.
If you do not have your order number, simply provide your name, address and approximate date the purchase was made.
You will be provided an RMA# which you should write on the outside of the returned package. Once the complete product or package is received in good condition*, you will be issued a full refund, less shipping charges.
Our standard policy is that for ALL products the RMA# must be requested within 90 days of the purchase date.

If products are returned to the wrong address, additional charges may be assessed. Nightingale-Conant charges $8.00 per item for products inadvertently returned to them. This amount will be deducted from the amount will be deducted from your refund.
* If the product is not in acceptable condition, a full refund will not be provided. We realize that the product will be used, and are not expecting it to be in perfect condition, but we do expect it to be complete. The actual amount refunded will be left to our discretion. The product cannot be returned to you without prepayment of return postage, so it is in your best interest to make sure items being returned are in acceptable condition.
